Hi there!
I'm Noemia, a 2D animator located in Ottawa. I graduated Algonquin College's animation program in April 2026. Despite living here in Ottawa, I'm actually quite the country bumpkin; I come from a village in southern Ontario by the name of Badjeros. Sometimes I miss living in my cabin in the woods, nothing around but acres of farmland and my backyard birds (I have chickens and ducks!). But, I'm loving my life in Ottawa and all of the new experiences I get to have in this city!
I believe in the healing power of laughter! If you're having fun, you're working harder. So, in my spare time I like to check out local music, play Nintendo games, have movie nights with my friends, and do all kinds of crafts. I'm a bit of a nerd; I love analysing media and participating in fandom, both through fanart and writing. As of writing, I'm really into Interview With the Vampire and Revolutionary Girl Utena. I love surreal animation just as much as I love the classic handdrawn Disney style and the new-age Sony blended animation style. If it's cool, I'll watch it.
I'm the classic animal-lover type; I think they're just so cuuuuute!!! My best friend in the whole world is my beautiful baby boy, Cloudy. Fun fact: I have over one thousand pictures of that cat. Sad fact: he lives back home with my parents :(. I miss him quite dearly, but I know he'll always be there waiting for me when I go back home. Recently, my parents adopted a new kitten named Pepsi! She was born a barn cat, so she's quite adventurous, but she's very loving and playful.
